I (heart) my rope!

I used my new 40' long rope with two clients today and they both LOVED IT! Here's a video showing a rope in action.

Now I see!

The last few posts you've been talking about this rope and I've honestly been confused, wondering what the heck you were going to do with 40' of rope. LoL

Learn something new every day!

Plus if clients don't obey, you can use the Rope to correct them, so naughty clients do as they're told.

I love this type of training, once I have my cert. I will be doing this with my clients :0)

I love this!

I think it will be great to use with clients, and like Matt said, it has another purpose as well ;)

Erik -- Glad this cleared it up. It IS kinda difficult to know what one would do with a big a$$ rope (which is how I affectionately think of my rope!).

MizFit -- You should get one -- they're really really fun and they really get your heart going = calories burning!

Flatman -- Art of Strength has tons of rope videos. Check 'em out when you get a chance!

Brit Man (aka Matt) -- too funny! As I have the rope anchored by our bedframe, our bedroom looks just a little bit S&M-ey, but that's the best place to keep the rope - -(sigh).

Ultra Princess - It IS tough but it's playful too, which is a terrific combination!
