Yes, that was a short run for you (one day that may be me, if I want it to be), but your body still benifited from it, and that is what matters in the long run, right?ColeC https://www.blogger.com/profile/15118024502702720090noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27612005.post-88121967225155297562008-09-17T15:29:00.000-07:002008-09-17T15:29:00.000-07:00haha i know exactly what you mean! a year ago i h...haha i know exactly what you mean! a year ago i had never ran 5 miles ever and now its an "easy" run. great job!!! 5 miles is definitely not insignificant though!Aronhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17418163097675963683noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27612005.post-25970392158412659892008-09-17T14:46:00.000-07:002008-09-17T14:46:00.000-07:00Of course it's not insignificant. I could run that far at once, but then I don't train to do things like that.

You should be proud of anything like that you do, so don't think about oh is that all, think about I only needed to do this today, but I did do it well.

If it ever gets hum drum to run that far, spice it up, and try to run it faster perhaps.

Whatever happens, you're still a force to be reckoned with, and that's not going to change anytime soon.

Best wishes :-) :-).

MattAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27612005.post-81657421214807271002008-09-17T14:43:00.000-07:002008-09-17T14:43:00.000-07:00I feel the same way! 5 miles is my short run and i...I feel the same way! 5 miles is my short run and if I run less than 3 miles, I'm thinking, why even bother?? haha.
