Tuesday: boxing camp, 6 mile run
Wednesday: kb swings and Crossfit-ish workout
Today: 9 mile run
Wednesday's workout was especially fun. My friend and I did kettlebell swings: 5 sets of 3:00 with 12 kg kbs (one each!). Then we did a Crossfit-ish workout: 2o minutes of
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats
20 situps
We finished 9 rounds in 20 minutes. My upper body definitely feels the pushups and pullups today! And just so I'm clear here, all pullups were done with assistance from an Iron Woody band -- don't know that I even WANT to see the day when I can do 45 pullups in a workout! :)

I thought for a moment there, Iron Woody Band was some kind of music.
Thinking it was some weird Black Sabbath, Bod Dylan protest fusion music, or something :-p :-p.

the pull ups happen. my pull up #ers have rocketed over the last 4 weeks. i did more pull ups than i have ever done on Th... its exciting, you'll get there. do ladders- 1-5 then 5-1 (or 1-3/3-1) you get the idea, what ever # you can max work up to it in a lader and then work back down- it works.

I want some of those! I wanna do pull-ups too!
