...to Kauai! Our plans include lots of rest and reading (I've got quite a few books, cuz you never know what you might want to read, right?), some surfing and kayaking, great food and family time and lots and lots of beach time, including laying on the beach and swimming in the ocean.
I plan to stay active while in Hawaii. My GymBoss and jump rope are packed, and I'll probably use one or the other most days. I like doing a combination of lunge walks, and skipping, and jogging on the sand, interspersed with pushups and any other body weight things I can think of.
We'll have a computer with us, and I plan to investigate a website I just found: One Hundred Pushups. I think it would be fun to train to do 100 pushups and will let you know if it's something I decide to work towards. Anyone care to join me? Let me know...

i am already on the 100 pushn up goal. my current max # in a row w/ good form is 68. yesterday i did 65...
100 is a long way away but i'll do it with you.

I'm in! My goal of doing 25 by the end of this month hasn't been working out, this sounds perfect! I'd LOVE to try this. I can do 15, last I checked, I was going to try it again yesterday, but never made it to the basement.
