A week of indulgent eating

This week I've eaten everything. First day cupcakes, batter and frosting. Lemon frosted sugar cookies (bought 'em at Costco in a giant vat, as everything from Costco is in a giant vat!). M&M's (another Costco purchase, to fill Tucker's M&M dispenser collection). You name it, I've eaten it. And this has got to stop. Yes, I stay pretty active. But YOU CAN'T OUT-EXERCISE A POOR DIET. Next week it's back to clean eating that makes me feel fantastic, instead of impulsive eating that makes me feel momentarily good.

I do think we need a time out every now and then, but it always feels better to get back on track, you know what I mean?

I think your body was just needing the extra calories/fat that you've been using up faster than anything ;) Also, with buying stuff for the kids lunchs means there are more temtations in our house...yikes!!

Enjoy yourself and don't of all people can get away with a "week of paradise" as stated above ;)

i'm right there with you. i've been away on our honeymoon and now on a week long business trip. i've been eating so badly... lots of junk and huge portions. when i get back home, i do plan on eating better and getting back into the running routine. i'll have to come and back see your improvements next week. :-)

Yes, I'm also in the same boat as you; even though I've been exercising more, eating crap is still eating crap....add me to your eating bandwagon next week!
