Let the fun begin!

Workout is done. I was not alone in my misery, as my girlfriend came over to workout with me, and Tim drove up after golfing just in time to play too! This is the hardest workout CrossFit has to offer (in my opinion), and my friend did great. I reminded her that in January, I had her do burpees, and when she got to 5, she was dizzy and had to stop. Today? She did FIFTY!

That's a heck of a lot of new Burpees, and at least no one can say, oh she must have been knocking back caffeine supplements or something this time. It's real progress.

You're a great inspiration, and a great influence on others. Keep it up, you should be very proud of how your inner self impacts on others. You have a wonderful skill in that respect.

:-) :-).

I really need to try CrossFit. I know a runner (a BQ marathoner at that!) who does it religiously and she looks awesome!

What's a burpee?

Thanksgiving is a great time for vegetarians, and I love sweet potato cassaroles too...yummmmm Hope you're not stress much with hosting dinner at your house.

Was the house as beautiful as you imagined? How cool! And going to the Kings game as a family...nice! Hubby is an insane Kings, not so much ;)

Great workout, as always and I'm glad you had a friend to do it with.

Have a great week, Leslie
