Fitness for all ages and stages from a girl who's made all the mistakes and talks about them here. Lots of oversharing, which hopefully leads to lots of encouragement and heart connection.
Totally awesome, Leslie! I guess I'd keep it up, too. You're the picture of health!
You look younger now! Amazing what clean living will do for a person! Wooohooo!PS.I've decided NOT to go through TNT to do the Nike event. I'll keep you posted about San Jose. :)
you can't argue with results.
Um... yeah! I'm getting ready to redo our kitchen here in VA. I am going to use yours for a model! Send me more pix please!!
Wow Leslie, I did not know you were heavier at one point. Looking real muscular from all that running and boxing you do! Like the black counter and the faucet on the sink! Show the rest of the kitchen. Oh yeah, my new blog is now calledroadofstrength. I am focusing all my energy on getting my job, I had a bit of a scare last week, someone got hold of my debit/credit card from the bank and cleaned me out...working on turning that around. Once I get a job, I'll get back to blog posting. I am going to do my training offline. Take Care Leslie and looking forward to your next newsletter! BestRegina
I would if I were you as well. Pride in yourself is something you definitely deserve to have. You find a way to give yourself love sometimes when you need to, and it pays off.WELL DONE :-) :-).Matt
You are one HOT mama!!
Zowie! I don't know which is more impressive...your accomplishments, or the fact that you actually posted a less than complimentary photo of yourself, LOL.You know I'm joking, right?
