...(sounds wrong somehow, doesn't it?) his best score is (that sounds wrong too!) 22 rounds. That's doing Cindy as written which is 5 pullups, 10 pushups, and 15 squats. When he's feeling tired he gets 18 or 19 rounds. Yeah, my husband's a stud!
Oh, and by the way I was sore nearly EVERYWHERE from Saturday's workout. It's a good thing, right?

Go Tim!
DOMS is a misunderstood concept by some.
Some think if it doesn't happen, you're not working hard enough.
Yes and no, as you can push yourself hard enough without it happening, as in my case, but of course under working yourself would also produce no DOMS.
On the flip side DOMS could also occur from overtaxing yourself.
So in answer to your parting question, the answer would be yes and no.
You'll get your definitive answer if you keep training in such ways, probably within the next 4-6 weeks, depending on whather you are still able to train properly, or start having "faulty" sessions that you can't finish and start feeling wrong.
Keep going and best wishes.
:-) :-).
