P.S.

The reason for more upper body definition is three-fold, I think. And the reasons are:

1. Daily handstands, with attempts at handstand pushups.
2. Daily ring work (did I tell you we got rings???). They're in the garage right next to my car, and I either swing on them (hard, but fun) or do "skin the cats" (remember those?) or do reverse pushups, or (drum roll, please) just jump to support and hold there. The first time I did it, my body shook like I was having a seizure. Now I can stay there for a good, oh say 5 or 6 seconds before I have to jump down. I already respected my gymnast sons, but when you actually try something they do -- oh boy!
3. Cardio Coach -- Sean O'Malley rocks!

Leslie, you are one busy woman!! I can't believe how many clients you're getting. I so need to come over and try it out (I'm affraid we'd do more talking than working out...hehehe).

About the part how weighing yourself affects you...that is so me!! I do the exact same things as you stated!! Now, I'm affraid to measure myself though...I know my waist is thicker...not a good thing at all :(

Glad Tucker liked all the positive feedback from all of us. Are you going to Vegas this weekend?? If so, tell the boys good luck! Can't wait to hear all about it.

Talk to you soon!!

Very interesting post! Great ideas! So glad that Tucker enjoyed our comments. He is amazing.

Thanks so much fo your comments on my blog. I really do appreciate them. You are someone I definitely look up to. You're doing exactly what I was planning on doing 2 years ago and what I had started going back to school to do, until the rug was slipped out from under me. You make me realize that if I put my heart and mind to it, I can accomplish anything. You're amazing Leslie!

Handstand pushups! I'm trying one-handed ones and that's tough, can't imagine trying handstands!
