I tried a bootcamp at S&B Elite Training this morning and it was really fun. If you live in the area, it's every Saturday at 8:00 for an hour. The first one is free, and after that you buy a punch card for 12 times for $120 (that's $10 a bootcamp, in case you're off math for the weekend!).
Honestly, it's good for me to do these kinds of things. Here's what usually happens:
1. I'm scared to death that I won't be able to keep up, but I go anyway.
2. I discover that the camp/class is quite doable.
3. I get new ideas to use with clients.
4. I come away feeling good about what I can do!
Not a bad way to start the weekend, right?
