My inner 11-year-old is alive and well, and here's proof!

Today's lunch: hummus with a girl carrot (and a nice spoonful of chocolate frosting, not pictured).

You need one of those Hats with the fizzy drinks cans on, and drinking tubes.

That will solve the problem of the no Sugar issue, and reduce the risk of heatstroke, and Flies in your hair :-o :-(.

Thankfully the Carrot says it all, so I don't have to :-p :-p.

Leslie,

Making hummus is so stinkin' easy and fun....I'll have to do a blog post about it....I showed Jen M how to do it when I was down in Santa Barbara and she makes it all the time now. And the flavor combinations are endless.....

I never used to peel the skin from my carrots, thinking I was peeling away alot of nutrient value, but when Fawn was here she always peels her carrots, and when I asked her why, she simply said "Because the skin tastes like dirt!" She's right. And even though I wash my carrots I can still taste a litle something-something, not quite right. Do your own taste test!
