New series
Ok, so it's Saturday night, my husband and kids are gone, and I'm (you might want to sit down now) folding laundry, organizing stuff, and watching Silence of the Lambs on Bravo. Looks like Bravo's starting a new series called Work Out. For those of us obsessed with all things fitness, it looks worth taking a look. I know where my Tivo will be...

Hi Leslie .. was reading through some of my older posts and saw he had dropped by.
Interesting post about your figure comp .... more proof what you put into your body (and don't put in) has more to do with getting lean than exercise. The pics are fantastic.

I love Bravo. I am into Kathy Griffin now. The workout woman does look scary.
