No running for now
Air quality is VERY UNHEALTHY here, so no running for me. That's a bad news/good news thing -- I'm really digging running these days, so I'll miss it. But it forces me to get creative with indoor workouts, right?
This smoke and then the 100+ degree weather on top of it just plain sucks! I went to open just one window this morning and I could smell the smoke coming in :(
So glad the concert was fun. You look so beautiful girl! Wow!

Hmmm, I probably should not have gone on that hour long walk this morning.
I'm glad that you guys had a good time at the concert. I heard that his show is really good.
