This is the two of us right before the concert. In a word, it was magnificent! Can you see the stage right behind our heads? That's where Stevie was for the entire concert, and we were close enough that it felt like we were in his living room!
Stevie played for TWO AND A HALF hours!!! There were lots of songs from A Time to Love, which I'm not that familiar with, but then he started playing some of his slow favorites (Ribbon in the Sky, Overjoyed, Isn't She Lovely, and more) and towards the end was rocking the house with Living for the City, Do I Do, Superstition, Higher Ground, and much much more.
We danced and sang and cheered at the top of our lungs. And we were on the Jumbotron during "I Just Called to say I Love You!"
Got home at 2:30 AM, tired and happy!
