this. It's some perfect advice about adding running into your cardio workouts, and it has a playlist (this is where I found my new addictive song!) where you run if the song has "run" in the title, and you walk if it has "walk". Isn't that fun???

I love this!! This is exactly what I've been doing lately. I love walking for many reasons, but I also know the benifits of running. This is a happy mixture of the two.
You seem to be so full of energy and so happy in life these days. That makes me happy for you.

That is cool! And thanks for the heads up on the 1-arm pushup. I normally get Muscle and Fitness Hers, but I made doubly sure to not forget to grab one when at the grocery store yesterday.
Wish I knew about that playlist when I first got into running.
I'm jealous of your 13.1 miles run. You're going to kick major bootay in your half marathon!
