My iMix

Thanks, Irene, for discovering that there's a secret step to finding my iMix, if you want to see it. You have to select Nike Sport Music, and from there you can scroll down to Sport iMixes, do "See all" and THEN you can search for "lift personal fitness training." Whew!

And speaking of music, I was at a running store last night and heard a song that had me tapping my toes and moving. I asked an employee who the song is by and he told me. So today's run (5.27 miles, 8:59 pace) has me listening quite a bit to Jill Scott singing "Hate on Me."

Hey I saw your post on the Rice Home Fitness blog. Good luck running the Nike Half! I ran it last year. The hills were fairly brutal; I was running at 5:1 intervals and decided that I could walk the hills if I kept running past my five minutes if the course was flat or downhill. It worked well. I can't remember my time, didn't train enough, etc. etc. But I was SO proud of myself when I crossed the finish line. The Tiffany necklace helped. :)

Keep up the hard work Leslie.

Actually a lot of free boards have qualified users on them, so any sites that have message boards in a subscription area to me, is not that good.

If a site has a free board, and subscription serivces fine and dandy, but sites just having boards in a subscribed area, is a jip as far as I'm concerned, as I don't think if that's the case, the advice you get, is any better than on most decent / well used boards, that operate a free policy.

Anyway, I hope you're having a great day, and best wishes to you. You are doing fantastically, so keep it up, and don't stop believing in what you're capable of.

You are a high achiever, and it adds vast worth to your human value.

:-) :-).
