After Easter festivities yesterday, Tim and I did a quick 4 mile run. Neither of us was feeling very energetic, but we ran anyway. Running with Tim pushes me, since his pace is faster than mine, which is a good thing. Even with some walking, our overall pace was 8:35 per mile, and towards the end we were running at about a 7:15 pace! Glutes and hams are sore today, so I'm hoping it's all upper body and abs at boxing camp.

i've been vegetarian for almost 12yrs. I was vegan for the first 8 years. Drop me a line on the vegan thing.
We should swap some recipes at some point.
What a great way to spend Easter. Glad that you had a good time and a good workout!!!
That's speedy, especially if you were holding that pace for a while!
