Please ignore the bad language in this video -- I was tired and feeling sassy. Here's a little peek at what 1000 swings looks like at my house.
Again, my apologies for the harsh language. I can't figure out how to edit it out, or it would be gone.
I think I'm going to keep 1000 swings as a regular workout. Maybe Saturdays will be my long run day, and Sundays will be for max swings. I'll keep you posted!

I just have to say....WOW!
Okay, I didn't hear anything bad come out of your mouth...did I miss something?? Did you do the last 150?? Yikes!
Leslie,
Don't apologize for what is you. If we don't like it, we don't have to listen to the sound. You are granting us a peek into your life and letting us learn from your trials. How could we begrudge you your honest feelings about the process?

My two cents- never apologize for who you are. I curse like a sailor and I make no pretenses about it. That who I grew up around and that's how they spoke. I have 2 BA's and an MA- but my default setting is to talk like that. We're all adults. AND AS TO THE WO- you guys are nuts. That's A LOT of swings. Now I am going to have to try it, and I REALLY don't want to.. but, compulsion is compulsion.
I'm glad you like the things you are doing. You're doing a great job so keep it up :-) :-).

Leslie,
First off, great job!
But why haven't you built up to this progressively? Your breathing is crazy and your form breaks down....start with lighter weights, longer sets, up to 4-10 min w/12kg. Get the numbers first and then the weight.
Don't risk injury or burnout...I've been swinging high volume for years, not just weeks!
And lastly, great job!
Tracy
I can swing the kb 50 times in a row! LOL. Give me a year and I will catch up! :)
Wowee woman! You are amazing!
WOW!!!!!
OUch, Leslie - that looks tough. I've been purposely avoiding kettlebells :) and have you checked out Cathe's blog :)
Hugs
